Hey {{first_name}}

I was going to end The Bold Move series last week.

But then I turned on the news.

And once again, the headlines were about job cuts… and AI… and uncertainty about what’s coming next.

And honestly, I couldn’t hear that and not want to take action.

Because after everything we’ve worked through together over the past few weeks,
your habits, your time, your skills, your confidence, your support system,
it felt wrong to leave you without talking about what happens after the clarity.

So this is the final part of The Bold Move Challenge.

And it’s about the part nobody prepares you for.

The Bold Gap (aka the messy middle)

In The Bold Move, I talk about something called The Bold Gap.

Some people call it the messy middle.

It’s the space between:

Where you are now…

and where you want to be.

And if you’ve started making changes recently, even small ones, you might already feel it.

That wobble.

That doubt.

That voice that says, “This is harder than I thought.”

Because any time you go for:

More confidence.

More freedom.

More impact.

More growth.

You will come up against yourself.

Old beliefs.

Old habits.

Old comfort zones.

And it becomes very tempting to go back to what feels safe.

A truth from my own life

There have been so many moments where I’ve thought:

“I don’t know if I want to record this episode.”

“I don’t know if I want to write this chapter.”

“I don’t know if this is even going to work.”

And every time, I ask myself one question:

Would I regret not doing this?

If the answer is yes… I take one more step.

Not ten.

Just one.

One more day.

One more conversation.

One more uncomfortable decision.

One percent better than yesterday.

That’s how everything I’m proud of in my life has been built.

Not in comfort.

In discomfort.

Why this matters right now

We are stepping into a new age of work.

AI is changing roles.

Industries are shifting.

Job security looks different.

And I don’t want you meeting that future from fear.

I want you meeting it with:

Clarity.

Confidence.

Choice.

And ultimately… career control.

That’s why I couldn’t just end this challenge here.

Because this next season isn’t about going back to old ways of thinking.

It’s about stepping forward prepared.

2 things I’ve been quietly working on…

I’m not ready to share all the details yet.

But I want to let you in on what’s coming, because it’s been built from everything we’ve just worked through together.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be launching two new things designed to help you stay ahead of the AI change, not behind it.

One is about helping women stay informed, aware, and ready for what’s coming next in the world of work and AI.

The other is about helping you build the confidence, clarity, and support to make your own Bold Move, with intention, not panic.

They’ve both come from the same place:

Hearing the news.

Listening to your messages.

And knowing we need more than motivation right now, we need strategy and support.

More on that very soon.

What I want you to remember

The Bold Gap will feel:

Messy.

Uncertain.

Uncomfortable.

That doesn’t mean you’re failing.

It means you’re becoming someone new.

When it feels hard, don’t ask:

“Why is this so uncomfortable?”

Ask:

Who am I becoming right now?

Because on the other side of this gap is the version of you who:

  • trusts herself more

  • backs herself more

  • feels proud of her choices

  • and is ready for what’s next

I recorded this episode for you 🎧

This is the final episode in The Bold Move series, and it brings everything together.

I’d love to hear from you

What’s been your biggest takeaway from this challenge?

What feels exciting right now?

What feels scary?

What do you know you don’t want to go back to?

Reply to this email or message me on LinkedIn or Instagram, I read every single one.

And thank you for walking this journey with me over the last few weeks.

The Bold Move Challenge series might be ending… but this next chapter is just beginning.

More soon.

Much more soon. 💜

With confidence,

Georgie 💜

P.S. The headlines about AI and job cuts were a big part of why I created what I’m about to launch next.

The leaders who thrive in the age of AI won’t just be the most qualified on paper, they’ll be the most intentional, visible and clear about who they are and where they’re going.

That’s exactly what Bold Moves is designed to help you build.
