Hey {{first_name}}

Welcome to Week 4 of The Bold Move Challenge.

Over the last few weeks, we’ve looked at:

  • who you’re becoming (not just what you’re doing)

  • how you spend your time and energy

  • and how to see yourself as a set of skills, not a job title

And today, we talk about something I don’t think gets discussed enough when it comes to confidence and success:

Who you surround yourself with.

Because bold moves are hard to make on your own.

The people in your corner matter more than you think

One of the biggest support systems in my life is my husband, Kyle.

He believes in my goals even when I wobble.

He pushes me when I doubt myself.

And he reminds me what I’m capable of when I forget.

I also have incredible friends and the Sisterhood community.

Women who cheer me on, inspire me, and hold me when things feel shaky.

I’ve realised something over time: I used to wait until I needed my network… before I used it.

Now, I try to build it intentionally.

A lesson from my past

There was a time in my life when I thought:

“If I want to achieve this, it’s up to me.”

I didn’t lean on anyone or ask for help.

And when doubt crept in, I had no one to call.

That made everything heavier than it needed to be.

Now, if I have a wobbly moment, I know exactly who I can reach out to.

And that can be the difference between giving up… and keeping going.

Your Week 4 shift: build your support system on purpose

This week’s challenge is simple, but powerful.

I want you to sit down and think about:

  • Who lifts you up?

  • Who do you feel more confident around?

  • Who energises and inspires you?

  • Who do you take for granted but could show more gratitude to?

These might be:

  • friends

  • colleagues

  • past managers

  • old coworkers

  • people you haven’t checked in with for a while

And if you can’t think of anyone right now, that’s okay too.

This might be your sign to:

  • join a community

  • go to a networking event

  • attend a meetup

  • put yourself in rooms with people who think like you

Because we are not meant to do life alone.

Your inner circle… and your outer circle

There are also people in my support system that I don’t know personally.

Podcasters. Authors. Coaches. People whose work I admire.

For me, one of those is Dr Joe Dispenza. I listen to his work, I do his meditations, and I learn from him, even though I’ve never met him.

So your support system can be:

Inner circle: people you can call

Outer circle: people who inspire you from afar

Both matter.

Your Week 4 challenge

This week, the task is to:

  1. Write down the people who are in your corner

  2. Think about who you want to spend more time with

  3. Ask yourself: how can I add value to them too?

  4. Reach out to at least one person and check in

And most importantly:

Be intentional about who you surround yourself with as you make your bold moves.

Because doubt will come and when it does, you’ll need voices around you that say: “Keep going.”

Want to listen to the full episode?

I recorded Part 4 of The Bold Move Challenge all about support systems and the power of your network.

I’d love to hear from you

Who is one person in your life that lifts you up?

Message me back and tell me. Or comment on the episode and share one takeaway.

one last thing…

Even though this was meant to be the final week, I’ve got a little bonus episode coming next week to wrap this challenge up in a really special way and set you up for what’s next.

For now, write your list, show gratitude, and choose your people carefully.

Because you don’t have to make your bold moves alone.

With confidence,

Georgie 💜
