Why Men See AI as "Winning" and Women See it as "Cheating"

Hey ,
I can’t believe I’m typing this.
This week is the week.
After months of working, writing, and refining, this Wednesday is the official launch of The Bold Move Book.
I did have a moment this weekend! One of the amazing women in the Sisterhood Community was in Dymocks on Saturday and sent a picture of an early copy spotted out in the wild! I won’t lie, I definitely had a moment when I saw this.

I am also still riding the high from the Sisterhood Social event the other week. The energy in that room was electric.
But I know not everyone could make it. And I didn't want you to miss the absolute gold that was shared on that stage.
So, for this week’s podcast episode, I decided to do something different.
I sat down and recorded a full deep dive on my biggest takeaways from the event.
I wanted to capture the lessons while they were fresh, because what the panel discussed wasn't just career advice, it was a wake-up call.
🎧 This Week’s Episode: My Key Takeaways from the Sisterhood Social and The Bold Move Book Launch.
In this solo deep dive, I break down:
1. The AI Gap
We discussed a recent study where women rated their AI literacy a 4 out of 10, while men rated themselves an 8 or 9. The reality is that the technical skill level was likely the same. The men weren’t better. They were just bolder.
2. "Cheating" vs. "Winning"
Sarah dropped a truth bomb that made the whole room go silent:
"So many women see using AI as 'cheating,' while men see it as a shortcut to winning."
I share why we need to delete the word "cheating" from our vocabulary immediately.
3. Reinvention isn't a risk; it's a requirement
Wendy shared her story of being made redundant twice in 24 months, despite being a top executive. It proved that "safety" no longer exists. Safety is now your ability to adapt, learn, and pivot.
4. Visibility is Leverage
We discussed why "letting your work speak for itself" is a flawed strategy in 2026. In this episode, I share why your reputation is now your resume.
If you want all the hard truths and the actionable steps you can take right now from the event… this episode is for you.
🚀 WEDNESDAY: The Official Book Launch!
All of these themes reinvention, confidence, personal branding, and future-proofing yourself are exactly what I wrote The Bold Move to solve.
This Wednesday is the big day, and to celebrate, I will be livestreaming the full Sisterhood Social panel on my LinkedIn.
If you'd like to watch the panel in full and celebrate the book launch with me virtually, be sure to add the event to your calendar. I would love to see you there.
I wrote this book for you. To help you stop waiting, stop worrying about being "ready," and start making the moves that will define your next chapter.
Thank you to everyone who has already pre-ordered. It means the world to me. I know you have been waiting a while, so I'm excited for you to get your copy.
Here’s to:
Closing the confidence gap (we are not staying at a 4/10!).
Using the tools available to us without guilt.
And making this Wednesday the start of your boldest chapter yet.
Have an amazing week,
Georgie 💜
P.S. If you haven’t secured your copy of The Bold Move yet, you can grab it right here so it arrives hot off the press!
